I made it yesterday and it's quite good. Here's my remarks:
- the fresh blend gives a perfect, smooth, raw-food bread spread
- go easy on the salt for a better taste
- the cheese doens't have the feta consistency, but it's quite good
- the French recipe tells us to bake it for 25 minutes, the English one 50 minutes... the English one is the correct one, i think |

The baked "cheese" is great as a replacement for Parmesan in pasta preparations. Just crumble the cheese and add it to pasta. E.g. on tomato sauce. You might want to dry the cheese before adding it, making it even closer to Parmesan. |
