Hondenslachtingen voor Euro 2012!
Duizenden honden werden er al genadeloos afgemaakt (o.a. vergiftigd, geschoten en levend gecremeerd!) in de Oekraïne voor het Europees kampioenschap voetbal 2012. Bel/schrijf/mail naar de ambassade van Oekraïne in Brussel en laat duidelijk horen wat jij ervan vindt!

Dear Sir, Madam,

I was shocked to learn that thousands of animal lives are wasted without mercy just to have 'cleaner' cities. Now to me, those cities are full of blood, which is not clean at all to me! Blood on the cities, and thus on the country that organises this massacre. What kind of barbaric country is it, that has no respect at all for living, sentient beings? I sincerely hope you don't treat homeless people in the same way!

I deeply regret that the stray dog problems are handled in such an inhumane way. This problem should have been faced years and years ago, to prevent this from happening, e.g. by limiting animal breeding and reducing the amount of pet stores, installation of proper dog shelters, proper sterilisation/castration of pet animals etc. Now that it's too late, violence is the solution this country turns to?
